EXECUTIVE CHEF
Curtis comes to Fiddlehead Bistro with a long line of experience around many well known establishments around Vancouver Island and British Columbia. A graduate from VIU in 2007, Curtis has been able to use his education to work under many skilled chef’s and learn many different cuisines in order to harness the new and exciting menu of Fiddlehead Bistro. Curtis takes pride in using fresh local ingredients in order to stay authentic to a west coast cuisine.
