Located in the Harbour City, Fiddlehead Bistro is proud to call Nanaimo BC its home for the past 2 years.  Ever since the beginnings of this Nanaimo Restaurant, the Fiddlehead Bistro has been on a mission to provide the most local, organic and freshest ingredients to its customers.  Our humble restaurant is always wanting to insure that we maintain a highest quality of food, beverages and most importantly service to our customers from Nanaimo and abroad.

Our menu provides our patrons with local seafood and a revolving menu to best suit what is in season on Vancouver Island.  Our food is a perfect balance of local flavors to compliment a west coast fine dining experience.  To compliment the menu we ensure a wide selection of locally crafted beers and wines to our customers.

CURTIS CORBET
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Curtis comes to Fiddlehead Bistro with a long line of experience around many well known establishments around Vancouver Island and British Columbia. A graduate from VIU in 2007, Curtis has been able to use his education to work under many skilled chef’s and learn many different cuisines in order to harness the new and exciting menu of Fiddlehead Bistro. Curtis takes pride in using fresh local ingredients in order to stay authentic to a west coast cuisine. .

Tchadas Leo
OWNER / OPERATOR
After many years of wanting to own his own business, Tchadas Leo along with his wife Sarah Leo, have purchased Fiddlehead Bistro in Nanaimo. Since February 2017, they have made sure to stay true to the original founding chef’s menu (Bryce Cowan) and continue to create Vancouver Island, west coast inspired dishes for their valued customers.
